Program Description

NuMale Men's Health & Wellness Center ("NuMale," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging program to communicate with patients and prospective patients regarding appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, and related health service communications.

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our booking form, or by texting START to one of our numbers, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from NuMale Men's Health & Wellness Center.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. You may book appointments by calling our offices directly without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our clinic. You may receive messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before)
• Follow-up communications after visits
• Responses to your inquiries

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received. Please check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and other service providers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our program.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other major carriers. However, not all carriers guarantee message delivery and some carrier plans may not support short code or long code messaging.

Privacy and Data Sharing

We value your privacy. Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information with our messaging platform provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages to you. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
